I am in the research stage and it appears that you can not get a 3430HST with factory cab and BH90 backhoe. Anyone have a factory cab Kubota and a hoe on the 3430 or 3830? Checking the archives I have found a larger Grand L with a Woods hoe (apparently 3ph) that uses an extension. For those that have the factory cab what is your opinions? Is it a worthy 6k add on? I mostly am interested in the cab for snow removal comfort but would like to hear comments about them for finish mowing / brush cutting. I will be mowing a couple acres and rough cutting several also but not as frequently. My snow removal duties usually take 3-4 hours per snow (including all the relatives and friends)(Pennsylvania weather). I am also considering the John Deere 3000 series that is to be coming out soon. Any comments on John Deere 30 - 35 HP compacts with cab and backhoe would also be appreciated.

The L3430HST-C tractors are a very nice tractor, It is true that you can't put a BH90 with the factory cab, because the back of the cabs stick out farther than the fender tractors do, so the seat of the hoe hits. Yes, I have heard Woods has a 9000 back hoe that will fit with the cab. Another nice thing about the Woods is you can get them that operate off from a remote section, making your tractor more versitile. We have had quite a few unhappy customers when we tell them about the BH90 on they're factory cab tractors. Any ?'s feel free to ask. ....

You might want to look at the Sims or Curtis cabs unless the air condioning is mandatory. They both offer the soft and hard side with several options including heat. The doors are removable for breezy summer operation. The BH 90 is worth the extra effort. ....
